Skirting is the bottom border of wall that act as a cover to wall and floor joint. Skirting protects wall from abrasion caused by furniture and harmful chemical used to clean the flooring. They also serve as a decorative edge to walls if used creatively. Usually skirting tiles are same as the floor tiles.
